Spa services
We are extremely excited to announce that we have expanded and now offer full spa services! We also are proud to use and sell Aveda products. If you have ever used Aveda products, you understand why this is such a bonus. If you have not used Aveda products, you do not know what you are missing.
Come in and pamper yourself in a quiet relaxing environment, our beautiful new pedicure room is peaceful and serene.
We would like to introduce our esthetician, Cindy Brown. Cindy has been in the business for over 8 years, she is highly qualified, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We are very lucky to have her, welcome aboard Cindy!

Yoga Reservations
New perks for yoga package holders!
As a package holder, you already get yoga at a discounted rate, you also have the convenience of slipping into class without having to check in at the front desk which saves you time. Now you will also be able to reserve a spot in any Yoga class simply by calling or emailing the centre.
This will give you peace of mind knowing that a spot is waiting for you in the class, and it will eliminate the need to rush into class or show up too early to ensure you get a spot, saving you even more time!
How it works:
- Simply call or email our centre, let the reception staff know which class or classes you would like to attend, and they will ensure that you are on the class list for that time.
- Please note, if you reserve a spot, it will automatically come off your package, (even if you do not show up, unless you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel)
- Please ensure that you are able to make the class before reserving.
- Same day bookings are considered set, and if canceled, will be removed from your package.
Please note: we only accept 10 people per class, so don't delay, reserve today!
