Since Opening in 1999, we have grown and evolved into one of the city's most popular centres.

We are located in the heart of downtown Ottawa, open 7 days a week, and have a full time reception staff making it easy for you to schedule appointments.

Announcements

Beginning Apr 21, our Sunday Yin class will change start times from 6 pm to 4:30 pm.  Johanna and Wendy will continue to alternate teaching the class. Come out and join us!
